Return Policy for Colours and Developers

In case you mistakenly choose the wrong colour or developer online and wish to return or exchange it, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Unopened tubes of colour, bleach, and developers can be exchanged or refunded. We strictly implement this policy to maintain safety and hygiene standards.

Returns for Change of Mind

Terms and Conditions:

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on consumable products such as colour, bleach, developer, or retail products beyond the 24-hour window after delivery, for hygiene and safety reasons. Items like capes, aprons, and colouring accessories must be returned in their original, unopened packaging for a refund or exchange. Limitless Hair Global reserves the right to refuse returns if the aforementioned conditions are not met. To ensure prompt processing of your claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Accurately complete and submit the online returns form for review.
  2. After our customer care representatives receive your Returns & Warranty form, they will provide the necessary information to proceed with your claim.
  3. Print the information supplied by our team regarding the return and include it with the item being returned. Returns without the proper information may face delays. Limitless Hair Global is not responsible for items lost during transit.
